This past weekend I was in the bathroom at an Olive Garden when a man dropped a gun on the floor in the stall next to me. It is a good thing I was already in the bathroom, or I might have pooped my pants.

This really put me in quite a precarious position. I don’t know why this man might have a gun in the bathroom, and it is just he and I in there. I could run out and warn everyone, but then again, I first have some unfinished business to deal with, and if he is say, a cop, I would look like a moron for running out and yelling at everyone. However, if he is not a cop, he might blow my head off before I get out the door.

 So, I decide to wait. I hung around the bathroom until he came out of the stall, and it turns out that the guy is a cop. That is a relief, but it brings up another important question – Why is a cop playing with his gun when he is in the bathroom?

Next time, if he really needs something to do, I hope he just resorts to reading the newspaper. It will make the bathroom experience much less horribly terrifying for someone like me.

In the past 72 hours I have caught myself on fire and got lost on top of a mountain as it was getting dark. There can be absolutely no doubt that God protects me even in my stupidity.

I just had to point out the fact that this sign, after three years, is still in front of the “retimirent” center here in Lawton, even after I called them! You can’t tell by this picture, but this sign is huge! It is about 40 feet by 20 feet! IF you don’t see anything wrong with this sign, look again…
